1. When can I travel with my
Flexi Pass?
You
can travel by rail after 0900 Mondays to Fridays, or at any time
on the following routes:
Heart of Wales Line trains only between Swansea, Llandrindod
and Shrewsbury
services between Fishguard Harbour, Milford Haven, Pembroke
Dock and Carmarthen
services between Aberystwyth, Machynlleth and Pwllheli
services between Llandudno and Blaenau Ffestiniog along
the Conwy Valley Line
services between Wrexham Central and Bidston
You can travel by rail at any time on Saturdays,
Sundays and Bank Holidays. There are no time of day restrictions
for travel by bus.
Travel must be completed by midnight on each
day of travel.

Cardiff Bus, Clarkes of Tredegar, Crossgates Coaches, EST Travel, First, Francis Drake Travel, Harris Coaches (Pengam), Henleys Bus Service, Hoggan’s European Coaches (Neath), Islwyn Borough Transport, Newport Transport, Richards Bros., Roy Brown’s Coaches, Silcox Coaches, Stagecoach in South Wales, Summerdale Coaches, Sixty-Sixty coaches, Morris Travel of Carmarthen and Veolia.

The Freedom of South Wales Flexi Rover allows four days rail and eight days bus travel within a period of eight consecutive days. Your Flexi Rover is valid on buses operated by the following operators:

The Mid & North Wales Flexi Rover allows four days rail and eight days bus travel within a period of eight consecutive days. Your Flexi Rover is valid on buses operated by the following operators: Arriva Cymru, Berwyn Coaches, Bryn Melyn, Caelloi, Clynog & Trefor, Express Motors, GHA Coaches, John’s Coaches (Blaenau Ffestiniog), KMP (Llanberis), Llew Jones (Llanrwst), M&H Travel, Tanat Valley Coaches, Townlynx, Silver Star, Williams of Criccieth and all local authority supported bus services in Gwynedd and the Isle of Anglesey. 6. When can I take advantage
of the discounts provided with my Flexi Pass?
All discounts to tourist attractions and
YHA Youth Hostels are only available during the validity of the
Flexi ticket.

Can you give me any useful advice when travelling by train?
If
you are planning to travel by train at busy times such as holidays
and Friday evenings we recommend that you make a seat reservation.
If you intend to travel
with a bike please be advised that cycles will not be conveyed
on some busy trains and many trains require cycle reservations in
advance. Bikes cannot usually be conveyed by bus. Please enquire
at booking offices or from the conductor for details.
8.
How can I obtain a refund if required?
Refunds will not be made unless the Flexi
Pass is returned to the issuing office before the first permitted
date of travel.

What should I do if my tickets don't arrive?
If your tickets fail to arrive within five
working days then please call our Helpdesk on 0845 6061 660.

What if I have special travel requirements?
Disabled assistance
Due to the individual nature of disabled passenger requirements,
we prefer to speak directly to you when making arrangements. Please
call our Helpdesk on 0845 300 3005 and our team will be happy to
assist you. If you have already booked online, please have your
booking reference number to hand when you call.
Travel with pets
In most circumstances, dogs and other pets may be taken free of
charge. However you will need to contact the train / bus operator
directly

How secure is my payment?
This service uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)
technology, the most widely recognised security system for online
payment. This encrypts your card details as they are sent through
the Internet, which prevents anyone else accessing them.
