Description
Created by Clough Williams-Ellis, who built the village between 1926 and 1976, Portmeirion has been featured in the popular TV series 'The Prisoner' and 'Cold Feet'. Located in beautiful and romantic coastal setting, the village and gardens provide stunning views across Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay.

Travel by Bus
Express Motors Service 98 links Porthmadog with Minffordd and Portmeirion.

Travel By Train
The nearest railway station is Minffordd, which is served by trains on the Cambrian Coast Line between Machynlleth and Pwllheli. Services run at approximately two hourly frequencies on weekdays. Minffordd station is also accessible from the Ffestiniog Steam Railway. Portmeirion is a 20 minute walk from both stations.
