Description
A small manor house with ornamental garden, the house was rescued from neglect and lovingly restored in 1938. The views from the delightful grounds and garden across Cardigan Bay are among the most spectacular in Britain. The house is 16th century with Georgian additions, and the garden contains many interesting flowering trees and shrubs, with beds framed by box hedges and grass paths. Brilliant displays of snowdrops and bluebells can be found in the wood above the house at the appropriate season.

Travel by Bus
Arriva Cymru service 17B from Pwllheli to Aberdaron village. Plas yn Rhiw is 5 miles from Aberdaron.

Travel By Train
The nearest railway station is Pwllheli, which is served by trains on the Cambrian Coast Line between Machynlleth and Pwllheli. Services run at approximately two hourly frequencies weekdays. Plas yn Rhiw is approximately 16 miles from Pwllheli.
