Description

Erddig is one of the most fascinating houses in Britain. It has a beautiful and extensive range of outbuildings and stunning state rooms. The large walled garden has been restored to its 18th-century formal design. It also contains the National Collection of Ivies. There is an extensive park with woodland walks. Horse-drawn carriage rides are available.

Travel by Bus

The nearest bus stop is 100m distant and served by Stagecoach in South Wales service 73 which runs every hour between Newport and Gloucester. There are no Sunday services.

Travel By Train

The nearest railway station is Wrexham Central on the Wrexham to Bidston Line. Trains run hourly Monday to Saturday. Erddig is a 1mile walk from the station via Erddig Road and footpath.
